Serum came within 2 days of ordering. Packaging was intact. Product works great. It does what it says it does. Superior moisture with only a minimum of product needed. My guess is cream will easily last 4 months used sparingly and over the entire face. This moisture cream is the last layer to put at night, over Serum Prep, over Cold Plasma and then over any other treatment. Sensitive skin will neither burn nor get red. I use on my eye area too with no problem.

Fantastic for Rosacea I have tried every moisturizer on the market, but this is the best for rosacea. The only slightly negative is that if you use a bit too much it can be too slick for most liquid makeup foundations and they sort of peel off since they can't adhere.

Great moisturizer for winter months I just moved to the northeast and the moisturizer that I have been using for years while living in South Florida wasn't working here. I have sensitive skin so I was cautious about trying a new cream, but after 3 weeks of using it I had not problems, no irritations and no redness at all. My skin feels and looks so much better now, not dry patches or flakiness . I didn't give the cream a 5 star just because I wish the scent will be nicer and because its a little pricey
