Not So Cool
I live in a warm climate and am post-menopausa/ always hot! I was looking forward to using this like a smaller and lighter Chillow, but easier to grab and use while sitting or in bed. It did not work for me. Within 20 minutes it was warm. I tried refrigerating it and got similar results. It is nice for a few minutes, but nowhere near an hour or hours. My Chillow stays cool for hours, but it is bulky and heavy, so I only use it in bed. I was going to return this pad, but their shipping return cost was more than $X! I guess I'll keep it, but I'm not happy about it.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? It is smaller than it appears in the picture. Actual measurements given are close, but the cooling surface is 10 3/4" X 6 3/4".
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? "Cools and soothes for hours" was not true for me. I put it behind my back while sitting on a sofa. Within 20 minutes it was warm.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. It is well made, but does not cool as advertised.

Product good: parts omitted from first shipment
Product is as expected. Package shipped was missing 2 parts. Overstock was responsive is correcting problem but solution requires customer to take unnecessary extra steps as Overstock shipped whole new package requiring customer to take out missing parts and ship package back - would have been more customer friendly to simply ship the missing parts so customer did not have to ship back.

Tens Unit
This works great. I think it works as well as the one used by my doctor. I used it for a pulled shoulder muscle and on my neck for a tension headache. The unit lessened my pain or eliminated it.

Good item, not s good Customer Service
The TENS unit and electrodes work very well. Helps relieve my RA pain and the relief lasts for a good 20 minutes or so afterwards. The Electrodes are nice, well made, sealed in a pack and reusable. I would rate the entire purchase as Excellent if not for the fact that the pic of the unit shows a AC adapter, and the case the unit comes in has a slot for the AC adapter, however you do not get the adapter with the unit. I called to inquire about it and was told "Sorry, we don't sell those, and it does not state you get one in the details." My only option was to return the item. Not really good service in my opinion. I guess you have to REALLY read every line on O.com to make sure you are getting what you think you are getting. Don't get me wrong, I should have read it, but the picture should be changed as well.
