Great for chronic neck pain!
I have suffered with neck pain, fibro and R.A. for over a decade. I have "killed" so many heating pads that I have lost count. This one fits perfectly around my neck, and provides needed comfort to the front of my shoulders as well. No more trying to wrap a flat pad around my neck, and then trying to unflatten the wires once they become crinkled. I have very petite features from the shoulders up. This heating pad fits me perfectly. I am not sure how this would work on someone that was of a larger demeanor. You might not be able to connect the two sides on the fronts of your shoulders that are velcroed, but you would still benefit with heat on the back of your neck.

Relaxing and helps muscle tension!
I wasn't sure what to think when this arrived but it was recommended by an acquaintance. Wow! Once I figured out how to use it I can't tell you how relaxing it has been for stretching my neck and relieving muscle tension. Since using it my tension headaches have totally been relieved and I have had much fewer now. I highly recommend this product if you get migraines, tension headaches, or just need to relax the tight muscles in your neck and shoulders. You only use it for 5-10 minutes but in that short time it really does help to relieve the muscle tension. Thank you!

Grat unit
I purchased this unit after receiving the same treatment at a physical therapy center for shoulder pain. After discontinuing my treatment at the facility I purchased this Tens 7000 unit and now I can continue to treat my issues at home with great results.

The Best of the best
Folks, these pads are hands down, the finest product of it's kind. I just bought another one after my first one finally started leaking after 4 years of constant use. They are big, and stay cold for well over an hour, effectively. Then, they re-cool and are ready for use again, in only about 20 mins. OS sells them the cheapest on the Web, and the shipping is free. You just can't beat all of that for this great price, so don't hesitate!
