Great unit!
VERIFIED PURCHASEI am very happy with this unit. The directions are a little sparse and sometimes difficult to sort through. For instance - in IF mode the unit MUST have both channels active and attached in order for the unit to function, there is no mention of this in the documentation. The unit specifically the IF mode has been a real blessing for pain management. It actully, at least for me provides long term relief. I recently had to travel coast to coast and would not have made the filght with the TENS function. Very happy to have the unit. Patches will last 20-30 uses if you take care of them Only apply to clean, dry skin. Always keep in a sealed package between uses. When the gel starts loosing its sticky properties apply a small amount of water to it, seal back up for an hour or so and viiola - good as new. Very happy and would definately reccommend.

Great quality for the price
VERIFIED PURCHASEI suffer from alot of mid back spasms and neck pain from a severe car accident a few years ago. I've tried everything from P/T to massage, chiropractic, and nutritional therapy. I've been getting these spasms that last 5-6 hours at a time several times a week during flare ups that nothing seems to touch. This unit had greatly reduced the severity and length of the spasms. I don't go anywhere without it and even sleep with it turned on when needed. It's very easy to use and I like the TENS vs. EMS option. The construction is better than the last unit I had, I especially appreciate that the clip is metal as I keep it on my belt when I'm wearing it and I don't have to worry that it will break. Would definitely buy this unit again. Only cons which I did not indicate in my rating as I feel they are more personal to my situation than the unit itself: Make sure you try different shaped pads, the ones that come with it where too small to spread the current out enough for my pain management. Also I was really hoping I could use it on my neck also but it does not help the pain there.

This is an excellent price for this type of unit. You get 4 types of wave forms. Multiple applications, excellent alternative for acute and chronic pain management for those who cannot take NSAIDS, and for muscle spasm and reeducation. Easy to use and set up. Recommend that your purchase extra pack of 40 electrodes ( you will need to purchase addition self adhering electrodes for prolonged use, as this unit -like most-only come with 2 disposable self adhering electrodes which may last 2 weeks of repeated use- this is normal), an additional 9volt battery, and an extra set of lead wires ( the lead wires commonly fail and this causes many people to believe the units themselves are failing). Also recommend that you consult a physical therapist for proper use, setting and electrode placement for maximum benefit and safe use. I purchased this unit for my father for the management of chronic low back pain and chronic knee pain. He is unable to take NSAIDS due to the use of blood thinners and stomach ulcers. It has helped to reduce the pain to manageable levels. This unit came with instructions for use, 9 volt battery, d/c adapter, 1 pack of electrodes, one set of lead wires (2 wires with 2 prongs for electrode attachment)), carrying/storage case. This unit has 2 channels, TENS, IF, Micro current and EMS, simple on off and dual channel intensity controls. Very happy with this purchase. would purchase again and recommend to others.

Good Pain machine

Fine product
A fine machine which reduces pain of fibromyalgia pain. I stick it's cushions on my thigh and calf and i use it for 20 mins on 2nd to 3rd power mode. It lessen down my pain and I felt the difference in single sitting only.
