  • My first disappointing Overstock experience:

    The #1 recommendation of writing a review is to use the product. While taking it out of the box I heard a sound as if something were loose inside the body. Since I live out of country, I didn't open my machine until after I'd already left the US and returned home, so I missed my opportunity for redress by Overstock Customer Service (who are VERY good about returns). The machine is heavy, but the rotating disks appear to be flimsy; but again, I cannot speak to the working of the massager, because mine came broken. Based on my experience, not with Overstock but with the massager, I would give it a one.
