  I had looked at the same chair at a high end "Nordic" Design store, and was able to sit and test it out, then found it on Overstock for quite a few hundred dollars less. Shipped freight to the house, and required minimal assembly. Instructions could have been a little clearer, but was able to manage through after a couple of reviews. The ergonomics took a little getting used to trying to figure out how to shift balance to shift from recline to upright, though became pretty easy once figured out. I had originally thought about getting an electric version of this chair, though couldn't justify the extra $1,000 or so for the ddition of another component that could fail in the future. All in all I am happy with my purchase.

  This Lumbar support pillow is very good, the fact that you can adjust the level of support by adding or letting out air is a great idea!!! I actually have this pillow in my living room because the color and outer covering are so nice. This product makes a good-looking chair into a very-comfortable chair.

  Love this chair! Very relaxing. Would love to have two of them. Accents with my brown leather furniture very well and fits beautifully into the spot of our old rocker/recliner. Was a little uncomfortable at first, but this chair actually stretches your lower back and relieves all the pressure off your back. It took a few days to a week because my lower back was to tight. Wish we could get two but don't have the room, because my husband and I take turns to sit in the "comfy" chair. Packaging was incredible. It had wood and foam protection surrounding the chair and came on its own pallet to prevent any damage. I had the delivery guy put it in my garage until I could get help to move the pieces from the box to where it will sit because it was awkward lifting with just one person. But you can put the chair together by yourself after that.

  I was looking for something to help support my lower back and this pillow is great. First of all, it is inflatable so you have the ultimate control of how firm you may want it. Second, it is super easy to take with you for the same reason. I am planning on bringing it with me the next time I fly across country! The first one I bought had an undetectable leak other than the fact that it was deflated in about 20 minutes. I immediately contacted O.Com and requested a replacement as I knew it was exactly what I was looking for and they promptly sent me a return label (free return shipping) and my replacement arrived a few days ago. It works exactly as expected. I particularly like it while I am watching movies as the cushions on the back of my couch are not as firm as they used to be. Works well with my computer office chair too as it has a Velcro strap attached to the back and stays put. Bear in mind that if you use it for an office chair it may push you forward too far.
