  • BEWARE! or be ready for disappoitment.

    Readings were inaccurate. Lights worked only for the first day. Called Omron(Manufacturer) Got absolutely no help beyond repetition of instructions for proper set-up and then was told to measure my wrist (6.5 inches). Next it was explained to me that Blood Pressure reading could only be considered accurate if user was seated on a hard wooden chair with both feet firmly on a hard surface floor. - Could not be sitting on anything cushioned like a sofa or bed or apholstered chair. Feet should not be on carpeting, but rather on wood or tile. I'm used to Overstock providing good value. This product is USELESS to me. I am returning it for a refund.
