I am glad I ordered the Omron Full-body sensor. I received bits and pieces of information from my Dr. visits telling me to lose weight due to my body mass index not fitting my height and weight measurements. Now I can see the changes of my fat reserves going down and my muscle mass increasing as I lose weight. I am 60 years old and the Omrons first measurement showed my age as 62. Since I started my weight loss journey at 195 lbs. now at 183 lbs. I can see my progress every time I step on the Omron Full-Body sensor. My muscle mass % is higher and my fat % is lower plus my age measurement matches my real age which in itself is a great feeling. The manual you receive with the Omron explains the Body index numbers and how to use this number to lower your calorie intake so you can start losing weight but keep the needed amount of calories to keep you body healthy.
