I purchased this item a couple of years after purchasing the more expensive, similar product made by the competition. I must say that I am THRILLED that I made this purchase! I love the fact that it has 4 different settings and the "jitter" mode is what I use with my exfoliating cleanser. I have been using this for about a month and with this system, I can say with all honesty that my pores are now nearly invisible. For the longest time I didn't understand the whole concept of large pores, but now I do - since I can hardly see them, I understand! My skin care products are truly working better than before. I am 51 and I can see that my complexion has taken on a new brightness and smoother texture. I know that this brush is really cleaning my skin because I can see the oil and dirt on the brush when I'm done! One other feature that I like, compared to the competition, is that there is no timer that limits you to 1 or 2 minutes. I never felt that 2 minutes was long enough to really clean my whole face thoroughly. The Nutra Sonic allows me to stop when I feel like it's time to stop. There is a body brush included and I like to use it on my chest/decollete so that I can keep my skin from getting that crepiness between my breasts that comes with age. I definitely recommend the Nutra Sonic over the "Othersonic". Better price and MUCH better results.

I just received this item a few days ago and I am very impressed. My mother has a more expensive brand that I have tried and I honestly cannot tell a difference. The brushes are very soft and you can tell they are providing a deep clean without leaving your face feeling damaged. I can already see a difference in the "brightness" of my face. My only complaint is that if you take the brush off your face, it will spray a soapy mess on your mirror, etc. Minor issue that is remedied if you take it into the shower. I would recommend the product, especially over the more expensive models.

I'm very pleased with my Nutra Sonic face brush. The first few times I used this brush I did not know if it was working properly. I moisterized and then applied my liquid base and I kept seeing little black short threads on my face, then I realized that it was black heads that had come out in the jitter mode of the brush. This brush does a great job and is less expensive than the Clarisonic. I do not believe that the Clarisonic has a jitter mode.

I have only used it twice since I received it yesterday, but I can already see and feel how much cleaner and softer my face is. Pores seem smaller and dry patches are gone. I wish I had found this great product many years ago. Get it. You'll love it, and your skin will thank you.

Wasn't too sure about this, several friends swear by the sonic face cleaning so... tried it and love it. I was really pleased with how clean my skin and PORES are after one week of use. I ordered 4 more for all of my family - great purchase.

This is my favorite skin product/treatment! I use it daily and the results are astounding. Smooths mature skin, gives it an all over glow, and definitely reduces lines and tightens neck muscles. I'm a senior citizen, but can't imagine any age that would not benefit from regular use of this product. It's a "must have". The price is so much less than the highly publicized competition, and results can't be beat. Save your money and get this one!!

I have owned a clarisonic for aprox. 3 years, I have enjoyed it but recently is has stopped holding a charge for very long-so I saw this one at overstock and thought I'd give this a try.(considerably cheaper) I personally like this one much better than the clarisonic-I like the 4 speeds and the "jiggle speed" is wonderful, My 50+ skin even seems firmer. would definitely reccomend!

No more pimples. No more finding makeup residue on my toner cottonballs. I could probably get away with not wearing makeup at all at this point! And I have only been using it for a week. It is getting rid of all my blackheads, which not even a professional facial could do. The charging indicator light doesn't work, but it is still charging, so no biggie.

i agonized between this, the clarisonic and the much cheaper olay version. ended up with this. couldn't be happier. and my face really does look better. a friend also bought it and she reports the same thing (we are in our 40s) a must buy/

I have had troubled skin for years, my father did too. Only regular monthly facials or meds kept my skin clear. Then a couple months ago I had a facial- the esthetitian was using some form of a sonic brush- she told me to get one and that would help my skin dramatically. The problem was that I wasn't getting my skin clean enough. That never even occurred to me! And she was right. I use the brush twice a day, then a witch hazel toner, and then (winter regimen) vitamin E. I can't believe it. My skin looks great- its been a month- no breakouts. Its the price of one facial- so I'm actually SAVING money by using this product over the course of time. Get it get it get it get it. After spending 1000s of dollars on my skin- this is 100 you won't regret.

I have not used the more expensive sonic cleanser made by another manufacturer, so I cannot compare this to that. However, I can say that after a week of using this daily on only one charge, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I looked for a more reasonable alternative to the competition, and this comes in at under half the price with all the features. Comes with three brushes and four speeds -- I find I like the sensitive skin brush head best, but also use the other brush heads on decollete and body. Love that I can use in the bath and shower. I also find that the sonic vibrations are effective at unblocking sinuses if used carefully and in the right areas. This product has allowed me to eliminate my scrub cleanser in favor of a much more gentle product, and has reduced my use of washcloths by about half. (I still use a washcloth in the morning.) Very pleased with the quality and effectiveness of this product.

I loved it after I used first time. It make my skin so soft and silky, and feels so good. I think every women should have one.

Doesn't hold a charge; has a constant blinking light that isn't well explained by the user guide. Even after 24 hours the same blinking light is present. Don't buy.

Loved this product My skiun looked super after using fir only a few days. Problem was the product quit working after one month

This is the first product I've ever returned on this site. Although it comes with a brush for sensitive skin, I still found it terribly abrasive. After light usage, I found that my skin was extra sensitive. Products that I would apply afterwards would sting. Although the concept of a brush system may sound enticing, I don't think it's necessary to over scrub the skin and open all your pores to get a clean face. A few days later I had patchy breakouts and I don't really get pimples. Leave the gimmicks behind and choose to be gentle to your skin.

I bought this product because I needed something new for my face. I was happy when my package arrived on time as it usually does when I order from this site. To make a long story short, I used the nutrasonic for about a week and saw good results. My face was smoother and my complexion had improved. The thing died by week 2 and I was disappointed. Had to return it because it would no longer come on or charge. Customer service was great, they sent me a replacement in less than 5 days. I hope this 1 doesn't burn out because I think it is an overall good purchase. I gave it 2 stars because it died on me in 2 wks but it is worthy of 4 stars. I would recommend to a friend because it worked good on my face and gave good results in little time. For those who have had the same issues with the nutrasonic burning out, my issue was the charger not the actual face brush. If it can't charge it can't be used. If you don't get a lemon this product is a good 1. al face brush. Cant use the brush if it can't charge

After reading all the raves in the reviews I ordered this product and I use it every day. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a spin feature for the brush along with the pulsing/vibrating choices. Does make pores smaller. Works great in the shower when the steam has had a chance to open up the pores and soften the skin before use.

I have fair Irish skin, even on the low setting the brush was way too harsh and felt like my skin was getting scratched up. I haven't used it more than twice.
