I bought this solely based on the good reviews that were left. I needed something to improve the strength of my nails and my nail health. I have a great base coat but I work with latex gloves on most of the day and because of that, I get a lot of moisture that softens my nails. This has worked to keep my nails strong and hard even when extreme moisture is involved. I haven't seen much of a difference in my skin or hair but I didn't purchase for those purposes. I have naturally thick afro textured hair so I don't need help in that department.

I have used this product for many years and often have women in my general age group of late 50's almost demanding as to how I have abundant silky tresses. I am quite clear as to the source and said I like results and Natrol has scored big for me in the hair department. Now I also want to add that I take a variety of important vitamins and juice at home so there is a complete holistic way I approach skin and hair. I'm a skeptic with products claiming to do wonders for hair, nails, and skin because I've used many products that had no results. I've been using for a few weeks, and most people say they don't see much difference in skin but I definitely saw a difference. I had more of a glow and flawless look. I'm almost 30 years old and for the first time in my life I have nails!! I've been using these vitamins for about a month now and I've noticed a vast imrovement in my nails. They have been growing like crazy. Even when I cut my nails down I notice that they grow back so quickly. I don't think I've been using them long enough to notice a difference in my hair and I'm not sure what difference I'm supposed to notice in my skin. It does say on the bottle that you're supposed to take two tablets once daily so I take them at the same time with food. I'm not sure if you're supposed to take them seperately or not. But they seem to be working.
