Initially, I thought it was helping (less breaking, growing longer). However, they are all now short again because the lines in my nails are causing splitting and breakage again. Will finish my three-month supply and reassess, but others said they had results within the first three months.

I bought these when they were on sale based on reviewer recommendation. Within 5 days, I noticed less hair in the drain. Now, hair and nails seem stronger and are growing faster. May or not be a miracle cure, but if you do have thinning hair or weak nails, give this a try.

I'm a skeptic with products claiming to do wonders for hair, nails, and skin because I've used many products that had no results. I've been using for a few weeks, and most people say they don't see much difference in skin but I definitely saw a difference. I had more of a glow and flawless look. My nails are have grown in strong. And my hair has grown some since, I monitor my hair because it's easily damaged and breaks alot, but I've seen more growth and less breakage. All this and I'm only on my first bottle... Lol

After 3 months of taking Skin Hair Nails daily, my weak, thin nails appear to be growing a little faster and are much less brittle than before. Although I ordered this mainly for my nails, I think the real payoff is with my hair: I don't lose near as much when I shampoo!! I plan to reorder.

I've only been taking these for a short while now, about two week, but I can see a different. I can't wait to see result after about a month or so. I'm almost 30 years old and for the first time in my life I have nails!! I have never had strong enough nails to grow much past the nail bed and even spent years chewing them b/c all they did was peel or shred. I've tried taking biotin alone and other hair skin and nail supplements... to no avail! I've also been diabetic since the age of 5 & have always been a slower healer. Since taking these for about 3-4 months already, I've also seen such incredibly unbelievable improvement on the healing of my bruises, cuts & scratches. This product rocks, bottom line. I've been using these vitamins for about a month now and I've noticed a vast imrovement in my nails. They have been growing like crazy. Even when I cut my nails down I notice that they grow back so quickly. I don't think I've been using them long enough to notice a difference in my hair and I'm not sure what difference I'm supposed to notice in my skin. It does say on the bottle that you're supposed to take two tablets once daily so I take them at the same time with food. I'm not sure if you're supposed to take them seperately or not. But they seem to be working.

This product takes about a month to see physical results. I was haapy to recieve three bottles of vitamins for the price of one.

The improvement in my hair and nails took a few months, but there is a definite improvement. My nails are stronger and less brittle, and my hair looks and feels much healthier.
