I workout at night instead of during the day, these don't have the medicine-y effects of a nyquil or somanex, but if you lay in bed about 20-30 minutes after taking these they will help you sleep and stay asleep, but they wont MAKE you sleep.I took ZMA before this and it had way to much of a aftereffect in the morning, which was also my problem with somanex, this helped even out my sleep cycle and I awoke a little groggy but not as bad as if I had taken something else, but not as little if I had fallen asleep on my own.Good product overall. Just don't think it will replace a heavy or Rx sleep-aid.
It did not work for me no matter how much I took. I took up to 15 mg. of it a day. I have found that over the years that what works for me is some kbind of inversion sleeping combined with common sense procedures like not eating or drinking too much.
