    Great price....fast shipping....love this product!!!!!....on a daily basis, I eat mostly vegan.....organic....try not to eat too much processed food....when I do want to eat natural chips...or other carb heavy food, I take 2 of these immediately before....and they actually seem to work....unbelievable.....I have been using them for more than a year--maybe two years.......and really do see a difference.....I do not not know why these capsules are not more widely advertised and known....now, if I can just remember to take them with me when I go out to eat for guacamole and chips and see how they work!

  • Good diet helper for carb-fiends!

    While not a replacement for eating healthy portions (which is often smaller than what we want to eat, sadly), this product can be a nice blood sugar level helper when indulging in carb-heavy foods like pasta, rice, bread, or pizza, so you aren't sooo hungry again a hour later. I'm not sure how many calories it actually shaves off, better than nothing I suppose. It does make you feel a bit bloated and full too while eating, so that also helps in eating less.
