  • 600 mg Alpha Lipoic, one a day is enough!

    I ordered the 3 pack bottles and am taking it every day. Since I am also taking a bunch of other vitamins I can't really judge the product by itself. But I noticed that I sleep better and that I have smooth bowel movements on a daily basis which used to be a problem for me. I plan on doing just the Alpha Lipoic for a while - without the other vitamins and minerals - and then I can tell you more... In any case, I know "it's good for you"

    • How accurate was the on site description of the product? Very good and accurate
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. I am taking it for about 2 weeks now on a daily basis and I am not sure that this is long enough to judge it. But I noticed that I have more regular bowel movements..

    This is the same supplement that is available at my local pharmacy at a substantially higher price. The local product, however, is in "time-release" form, which I find a desirable feature. I would give it 5 stars if I could get that formula. Delivery was quick. Product was well-packaged. Another good purchase from overstock!
