Good Supplement for PCOS
I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) which causes me to have thinning hair and challenges with insulin resistance. I started taking this supplement to help with the hairloss and it has helped slow the shedding. It's not a miracle working pill, but with consistent use it helps my symptoms.
