Ribs in the sleeve is a bit limiting if you already have a good size to start with. The vibrating feature was a minus, it took away from the possible volume to fill. I eventually, cut off part of the gel sleeve and removed the vibrating feature, it worked well then. I think the pump is a bit limiting because the bulb sometimes fails to fully inflate .

Morstly a gadget .
The pump itself is Ok but the internal stimulator and vibe are not worth anything. More of a gadget than pratical. Save your money and get a better quality pump.
