My dermatologist recommended that I use a combination of the Nailtiques Nail Protein Formula and biotin in tablet form to help me with damaged nails from years of wearing acrylic nails. After using these products for over a year, my nails are strong and healthy. My daughter is using the Nailtiques at my suggestion, and has also seen an improvement in the health of her fingernails.
I started with the Nailtiques Formula for damaged nails, then changed to Formula 2. My last order was for a 3-pack of the Formula 1, which is intended for flexible nails. I have not used this formula yet, since I have a partial bottle of the Formula 2 left.
