I have some issues with the quality of the product as one of the magnets arrived broken in half, and in terms of value, considering the weight of the package the postage seemed extremely high, compared to many other much heavier products I have bought from overseas.

I ordered these to see if they would help reduce my smoking and help reduce my weight. I went from 2 packs a day down to one pack in a week. My weight has dropped 12 pounds in a month, but I am walking, at a leasurly stroll, about a mile in the evenings with my family. It is a lot easier to remove them from your ear if you use the magnet dot adhesives first and apply the magnets on top. I think they're great.
