The quality of this product gave us so much comfort at our time of loss. We have never had to cremate anyone and definately never purchased an urn and didn't know what to expect. What we found is a product better than the mortuary or cemetery had to offer and they wanted a lot of money for it. The urn is in a glass niche so you can see it everytime you go there. It looks simply beautiful there. We actually found matching picture frames and so people thought we had bought a set. Hey, maybe the mfg would like that info.

• How did the image on site compare with the actual product? We thougiht the base was black but it was gold but beautiful
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? I should have read it a little more closely and saw the word black wasn't there

In looking for an Urn, the last place I would of think of would be Overstock.com. But I'm glad I did. They came through for me during a very sad a trying time and got it to me 2 days before the requested date. I was very pleased with the service and the Urn which is beautiful and tasteful.
