Memory Foam Meditation Cushion

This cushion is smaller than I would normally use as a base, but I like my knees down so I sit with a corner forward and let them hang off the cushion. This pillow is easy to carry so I take it out to my meditation group. I like the material. My legs do not fall asleep at all using this.

I have arthritis in my hips and lower back and I bought this cushion to put on the oversize easy chair I use to watch tv in. What a difference. I can sit now for more than 10 minutes without becoming uncomfortable. It also raised the level of the seat a bit and so getting up is easier. I highly recommend this cushion to anyone who has diffiuculty with sitting for more than a few minutes.

I was looking for a cushion to raise the sitting height for someone who has mobility issues. This cushion was the perfect size and density to add to his oversize recliner, and along with lifts for the legs of the chair, provides the proper height for him to easily get out of his chair independently. Now he can stand up, reach his walker, and move about without needing assistance.

The foam meditation cushion is exremely comfortable but the dimension are not conducive to people who are of larger stature. Anyone who is bigger than a "small" build cannot properly fit on the cushion. Also, you can only meditate on the cushion. I thought I would be able to use it to stretch but the cushion is way too small. A little pricey for a "meditation" cushion.
