The product arrived just as described. It is a little thicker than most yoga mats and may not work for everyone.

Wow! What a great work out mat. I love it, its so comfortable that my son decided that he was going to use it while he works out. I just might have to buy another one. Its really the best mat that I have ever used. I highly recommend it, and the price is very good.

I have back problems and have been in constant pain. My doctor has given me back exercises, and I needed a good quality exercise pad. This one is excellent. The thickness, the quality makes working out less painful. I highly recommend.
