As a child care provider, I change MANY diapers each day and always use the gloves found at Overstock.com. This last order I thought I'd try the Medline Vinyl Exam Glove, Powder-free, Aloe to see if there would be a difference in my hands and cuticles. I can honestly say that my cuticles have not been drying and cracking after using the first box of these gloves. The dry areas at my joints are much improved as well! I have a new favorite glove!
