Does the job.
Needed an IV pole because we do subcutaneous fluid therapy for my geriatric cat with chronic kidney disease. Before the pole, we were hanging the fluid bad from a cabinet and bringing the cat to the counter. Now it is much easier to move the pole to the cat, versus the cat to the fluids.

IV Pole for My Cat!
My husband and I have to provide subcutaneous fluids to one of our cats because she has compromised kidneys. I realized one day that using an IV pole instead of a window sill would make this a lot easier for all of us, although kitty has no opinion!

Not just for IVs!
These are so useful-- I'm thrilled! I purchased two to hold some fluorescent light fixtures (about 11 pounds and 4 ft long) for my product photography set-up. They were easy to assemble and oh-so-sturdy. I'm thinking about buying another one!
