Hot/Cold Pack
Great size. Stays cold for an hour or so. Since you get plenty in this order, you can always have a couple in the freezer waiting for when you need it. Haven't used the hot/cold pack hot but I can't imagine that it would be anything but superb.

Does the job.
I use this product to ice the legs of performance horses and these ice packs stand up exceptionally well to rough handling, and continuous cycles of freezing and thawing. Could not be more pleased as the gel is pliable even when "frozen" and will form to the animals leg.
