Use Accu-Therm Hot Packs with a required compress holder to ensure that affected areas are properly treated. Soft nylon bags have heavy duty seal and are more pliable than standard packs. Insulated version features a foam layer on one side to help direct heat to the affected area.

not what I bargained for I did research before I placed my order and looked offsite for information on how long the pack stays hot. I couldn't find information on any of the websites including the manufacturer's! I am used to the brands that stay warm for 12+ hours but figured for this price even if it was half that I would be happy. They stay warm for about 20 minutes. I just want this out there for anyone else since I couldn't find the information before I bought and this product is not returnable.

As a patient in a Boston Hospital Once the product is activated this becomes extremely hot to the touch.use with towel over skin and does not last long. Hospital allowed me to bring in the good ole' fashion hot water bottle and the Nurse and Nurse assistants where very good with replenishing the hot water..There are other products out there than this..
