    The meter is terrible,it doesn't give an accurate reading on a pt.When you place it on the finger you have to tap it a few times with your finger for it to give a reading and the numbers are never correct.

    I was very impressed with this pulse ox. I searched for one online after my medical supplier wanted to charge me $175.00 for a basic pulse ox. I need one for rare to occasional use in the office, and felt 175 was too high. I had no idea the quality would be excellent on a pulse ox under 100 dollars--but it is! This pulse ox is wonderful---not too tight on the fingers, works within seconds, and is silent (no annoying beeping). It came with a plastic cover which is nice, and the instructions say it is easily cleaned with rubbing alcohol. An excellent purchase!
