first time
Tray is way too bulky and it actually hurts your mouth. I bought different, new trays. The gel is quite good. I saw a difference in my teeth after the second time I used it. I can only stand it for about 30 or 40 minutes because I hate the saliva build up. It is a really good gel though.

Didn't work... disappointed
Overall wasn't pleased with the product... after using this " 35 percent gel " about 6-8 times I didn't see any difference at all! I think I should've just bought Crest White Strips instead of wasting my time and money buying this... I was excited and I can honestly say I won't be ordering this product again. SUCKS !

Better than expected
No burning, no stinging, and did what it promised! Love this product. Who needs to go to the Dentist and pay outrageous fees for the same thing anymore! Not me.

Messy and painful
I bought the other trays that form yo your teeth and even though, it was still messy. At first I put too much product and it got into my gums and it hurt a lot! Even with less product you cannot manage to keep it in your mouth for 30-40 minutes how the instructions say. I kept it for about 20 minutes and I saw no noticeable results:( disappointed...
