Don't buy
I will never buy this item again. Didn't doa thing for me. Don't buy. Proper diet and exercise will get you the results you need. I had to learn the hard way!

Does it work?
It is hard to know whether it actually works or not. I am losing weight, but am doing a few different things to achieve this and am not sure if the pills are helping. I can say however, that they do make me feel more full and therefore I eat less. So that is one positive I can measure.
