We bought the table for personal use in the home. The table is comfortable enought to relax on even with my fibromyalgia yet still firm enough to enable deep pressure for my husbands deep tissue massage. We prefer to leave our arms at our sides instead of on the arm piece which hangs down from the head rest attached to the front of the table. We're both under 200 lbs and the table is large enough to easily accomodate us and likely would accomodate larger people too. The table meets our needs well. A knob was missing when we received the table. I e-mailed Master Massage and they supplied the missing knob within a week. Customer support was excellent.

I was looking for a new massage table ever since my old one broke apart. One of my friends suggested this one so I decided to buy it. Good thing I did!! This table really is amazing! First time not using a heating pad and I can say I don't miss using one! The built in heating system functions super well. It is very soothing and helps relieve tense muscles. The memory foam pillow feels like a dream to lay your head on! Truly glad I bought this.

Is there anything this table doesn’t do! WOW I am most impressed that this full size, fully loaded table can be so light in weight. It is perfect for my Reiki sessions. I could not ask for a better table. The heated top is awesome and much more sanitary, it’s so luxurious and the size and foam makes it so comfortable. My clients say it’s my best one yet.

I love the built-in warming system; it works very well, heated up quickly. It's great that I don't have to buy a separate warming pad & worrying about washing it & lugging it around! Now that I've experienced this heating system, I'll never go back!

This table is 30" wide - not 31" as advertised.My friend bought this table a year ago and the heat had an automatic shut-off. This table does not.All-in-all, it's a great table. It's easy to set up and I also like the durable covering.
