I like this necklace, I've worn a magnetic hematite one daily for a long time and get great relief from magnetic therapy. I can wear this one all night as there is a clasp so it won't come off. Seems sturdy enough, the links tend to kink though.

The magnets are helping with the pain control, however, my only complaint is that it is not a terribly attractive piece of jewelry. It is functional and durable for its purpose, just not attractive.
