I get headaches quite frequently, weither it is a sinus or migrane. A friend introduced me to the earth magnet necklace. It worked wonders!. I bought my own from overstock and for three solid weeks I have not had any headaches! I work for a chiropractor and they agree there is something about the body and polorization that is true i keeping headaches at bay.

I like this necklace, I've worn a magnetic hematite one daily for a long time and get great relief from magnetic therapy. I can wear this one all night as there is a clasp so it won't come off. Seems sturdy enough, the links tend to kink though.

I got the stainless necklace for my husband but after a few days it turned his neck green. It could just be him. I wore it overnight and the clasp has a sharp part that scratched my neck. Now I have it wrapped twice around my ankle and so far so good.

I have long looked for a magnetic necklace to ease the pain in my neck and shoulders! Finally found one that is affordable here and ordered it. The magnets are helping with the pain control, however, my only complaint is that it is not a terribly attractive piece of jewelry. It is functional and durable for its purpose, just not attractive.
