Seems shorter than 18" and I can't get mine to hang correctly. The cross sits a bit off centered. I do like the magnetic clasp though.

I've worn the magnetic bracelets for some time and they do help with my pain level and energy level. I thought I'd try the necklace to see how it worked. I don't believe it is strong enough for someone with chronic pain as I could not tell any difference but it is a beautiful piece. I was pleasantly surprised at its beauty when it arrived. I'm sure it would be fine for someone with mild pain. I wear it when going out because it is so pretty. I now have to find some earrings to go with it. Hematite stones are known for many healing properties and good luck so it is a good piece to own.

Bought this for my mother who has arthritis issues and it helped her to have less pain and swelling in the joints of her fingers.
