Think it helps...
I tend to be pretty sensitive to things, so when I started sleeping in the mask, I started having some really crazy dreams. Also, I don't think I sleep as soundly, BUT my eyes are not as heavy when I wake up and while I am using a lot more products to deal with puffiness, I think the mask contributes to reducing the problem.

Disappoined they are not room darkening.
If a soft room darkening mask is what you are looking for don't get these. I gather these are great for other purposes that I am not aware of. I am using them at night for sleep like I would room darkening masks. Hopefully the other benefits are working too!
