I think that this pad is an excellent value for the money. It is very well made. It is however, extremely heavy in the queen-size version. If you have an inkling that your back is bad do not attempt to handle this item alone. I was not pleased with the box it came it. It was pretty well destroyed during the shipping process largely due to the box being too flimsy to support the weight. This pad runs about $200.00 more anywhere else. Between the discount and cheap shipping this is the place to order it.
