I love....love.....love.....my MagnaDreamPad. I was worried when I read the negative review for this mattress pad and waited for months before deciding to finally buy it. Now I am kicking myself for not having bought it sooner-it is great. It is firm without being hard and "no" I can't feel the magnets inside of it. As a matter of fact, I am going to purchase another one of these mattress pads for my sister's birthday.

I am a huge health freak, so I wanted to try the magnetic mattress. I actually like a harder mattress vs. a softer one. Let me tell you....sleeping on this thing was worse than sleeping on a BRICK....literally! It was the hardest mattress I have ever slept on. I didn't get any sleep and the next day my back was hurting very badly. It defeats the purpose of the magnets if it is going to make your back hurt and prevent you from sleeping. I wouldn't recommend the topper.
