This was my first walk assisting product, although fine for someone who needs little assistance it really wasn't much help for me. I am donating it to Senior Center because I just bought the four wheel, wider seat model and although a little more expensive serves my purpose better. This is good for indoor walking assistance but if you have to go over rough ground or do much walking outside is limiting. Not complaining because it was my first experience with a walker. I selected this walker because it is very plain and has only two wheels instead of four for stability. No brakes are required and it is fairly light in weight. My Mother needs a walker with a seat, but her eyesight and strength level make it difficult to set or release brakes. With this model she can just turn and sit, which is all we need. The adjustable hight level is set by pressure and doesn't lock with a pin as I expected. The walker was delivered in a week.
