ice trap
This is a fine cane but as for the "spike" at the bottom you need to reach to the bottom to activate it. so that means you need to plan ahead balancing yourself to push it out and to pull it back in. When it is not poking out snow builds up inside the rubber tip making the cane tip itself slippery once you get inside on to the floor. you must be very careful. this would be a better product it it had a button in the handle . don't buy the cane for this feature.
