The Mabis BP cuff is a fairly good cuff. It is somewhat slow and reads a little higher than my Prevention and Oregon Scientific BP cuffs, especially on the diastolic. It dings when it starts and stops, while other cuffs are silent. The voice can be turned off. It is pretty good, but I like the Prevention and Oregon Scientific cuffs better. It seems fairly well made. I have only used it for a couple of weeks. My Lifesource BP cuff is faster than the other 3 cuffs. It sometimes reads much lower than my other 3 cuffs. I use all of them at work. If I get a strange BP, then I will redo it with a different cuff.
