Overall this product does the job - was easy to install and the water spray pressure is good. There are only three settings, but they are a good basic selection.There are however a few caveats to this product.First, it's advertised as having a "Chrome" hose. It does not. The hose is black vinyl/rubber and just covered with some chrome colored "tape" wrapped around it candy-cane style. But it does not have an odor as some other vinyl hoses too.Second, the hose itself is kind of short. I have an average length bathtub and only reaches to around the middle of it - so if you are looking for a long reach, this is not it, especially if your shower placement is very high, as mine is. It doesn't leave much room for play.Lastly, the hose is kind of hard to control if you let it drop - as soon as you let it go it sort of flys around the bathtub and the first few times I used it I was spraying water everywhere - including the rugs and walls outside the tub. So if you're not holding on to it during the entire shower ( if you let go to pour shampoo or soap for example) beware!The unit is made completely of plastic and the handle is a little hard to grip - but the shape is easy to hold.I'd call this a good "entry level" unit - but if you're a bath or shower "gourmet" you probably want to seek out a unit that addresses these issues in a better way.
