    i got the one with adult (large cuff) --- hard to find on a good "Overstock price" ---- so as soon as i found it in Overstock, i bought it right away (last black friday) --- not exactly the kind of thing you shop for during black friday but it really made my day!!!!!! as i am making this review, the adult (large cuff) has already sold out in this site ---- i guess i am not the only one shopping for this item last black friday.
