Magnetic therapy works for me. I bought these specifically for back pain. Simple to use and very effective. I have used magnetic lariats in the past for ankle, neck and wrist pain. Since I work at a computer 8 hours a day, it's a given that I will have wrist, back and neck pain. The magnets alleviate the pain and stiffness.
