- Heating instructions
- Remove the herbal insert from neck area of robe and place in microwave for one minute
- Flip herb pack over half way through heating as to not get a hot spot
- Cooling instructions
- Place in plastic bag and place in freezer for one to two hours
- Product may also be stored in the freezer to keep herbs fresh and always have a cool pack available
- Cleaning instructions
- Remove the herbal insert and wash robe in cold water with mild detergent
- Lay flat to air dry or tumble dry low
- Do not wet herbal fill
