FABULOUS EYELINER
I am a big fan of Loreal Products and have never been disappointed with a purchase. For anyone that's unfamiliar with the HIP line of products, they are HIGH INTENSITY PIGMENTATION. The colors are rich and deep; a small amount of product goes a long way! What I like most about the products: their staying power! They don't run or smear. At the end of the day, the liner is still in place and looks great.
