There are better flat irons out there......
I read all the reviews about this flat iron and based on them......purchased it. Considering that cost wise this is presented as upper scale flat iron the packaging looks quite cheap. I would venture to say it is reasonable to suspect it does not actually retail for that amount. Regardless what matters is whether or not it does the job it was purchased to do. I was not satisfied and returned it. Thing is my sister and mother both have great flat irons I had used prior to purchasing this flat iron. If you haven't had a higher quality flat iron (for example CHI) to compare it to...you'll probably be quite satisfied with this purchase. It gets HOT and it straightens your hair for awhile. BUT a higher quality iron does so much more! With a higher quality iron your hair will STAY straight for much longer and your hair will appear sleek and shiney. It's alright.....but it's not great.....there are better flat irons out there....so don't be sucked in by the supposed retail value offered.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!
I have very thick and curly hair and have tried many products out there. I even spent hundreds of dollars on the Japanese style straightening by a professional. It was money down the tubes. My hair went back to being curly within the month. I would normally spend an hour flat ironing my hair then have to do it again to touch it up. Not with this product. The Ionic Titanium Flat Iron takes only 15 to 20 minutes and I'm completely done! It's amazing. I can even go to crowded areas and not worry about my hair becoming frizzy. It leaves your hair silky smooth and no frizz. I definitely would recommend this product. This is the best product I have ever purchased for my hair.

I could not believe this iron! I am an African American and I was skeptical that this product wouldn't straighten my roots but it was amazing! It leaves your hair silky and soft! And it even does great on damp hair!!!! I was skeptical at first because of the plate size, but it works GREAT! I used it with the CHI thermal spray as a protectant and I recommend that! I Wish I had bought this sooner! I will never go back to the Gold N Hot iron!!!!!!!!!

I love this thing
The delivery was fast and easy. The product is great. I have a full head of poof. I'm black with natural hair. It straightened my hair and kept it straight. Even days later my hair was still straight.

I Recommend this Flat Iron
I have naturally curly hair and so when I try and straighten it, its always fuzzy. Not anymore, this is the best flat iron i have ever used. My hair is straight and smooth. I use to have to put in product to help keep it straight before but not now. This flat iron is great. It has a commercial cord with swizel which also makes it easy to use. I love it and the price was even better!

Review of Ionic Flat Iron
I purchase this for my teenage daughter who wants her hair straight it's a good product and does the job well. I had mine for a while now and decided to see if it will hold up compared with the SEDU this gives them a run for the money. I would definitely buy this product again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a flat iron

very good Flat Iron
I am a Stylist and I work with flat irons all day long. I like this because its slim gets very hot and it smooths hair very very nice. I recently was at a hair show in LA working with another stylist doing prep on the models and his CHI was cooler and left the hair looking half done and frizzy. He then asked me to get him one of these. Its up to you what you want and get but for the price and quality you cant go wrong.

I bought this thinking it would be as nice as my sisters professional flat iron, that she paid over a hundred dollars for, and heck, even get a better deal than she did! I love her flat iron. I did'nt have to worry about my wavy frizzy hair at all after I used hers. I received this iron and it was in a generic box (opened) and there were NO papers inside as to how to use it...etc. The paper that came with it basically said dont use it in the water and that is got really hot and not to touch it! No other paperwork to tell you about the product at all! As far as heating to 500 deg. as it was advertized-on O and the box the dial on the iron only went to "220". Now, that may have meant that it was 220 watts, or Celcius...or whatever; but how is one to know that without some kind of paperwork to explain it? Last time I checked anything over 150 deg. was hot enough that i am not going to test my finger to it! I would really consider saving a little more money and buying one that you know is good like a CHI. Ask your salon, they will know what is good.

GREAT!
I have nappy/curley hair. I worried that whatever iron I bought would be for thin straighter hair. This works amazing though, goes up to 500 F degrees , and heats up FAST. I went over a couple of pieces of hair-it seemed to work great. If you have ever had a heavy, silppery flat iron-this one is ergonomically designed and VERY light and comfortable.
