The best stool, wide seat, adjustable height, cleanable plastic, no metal rusting. Doesn't fold up but not necessary in my large shower. Better price than the metal ones too! Love it!

love it, was down with flu, so weak, used this to wash my hair, shave legs,shower. sure made it much more easy. can also use it to climb up to reach bathroom light to change bulb. no need to worry about it flippin, im a happy camper.

this shower chair is perfectly adequate for bathing when standing up would be dangerous. not beautiful but does the job

We have been very happy with this bath seat. The legs adjust by screwing them in or out to raise or lower the seat height. It allows for perfect balance. Non-skid feet are great. This seat gives great relief to those with arthritis or other ailment that cannot stand up well. Highly recommended. The whole seat is substantial, made out of heavy PVC material. We received this seat NEXT DAY after ordering! Great service with Overstock.com.

I sued the shower chair for one week and then one time i was jsut sitting there taking a shower and the back legs slid back wards in the tub and with my weight the seat actually snapped. As I felt the plastice giving way I tried to readjust teh chair again but when I sat down I could feel it buckling again. Now in all fairness I did have the leggs adjusted to a higher level causing more stress on the seat. There was also a soapy residue on the bottome of the tub so that the leg grippers could not remain stable causing the legs to give way. i will buy another one but I will use it in conjunction with a non slip bath mat.

I was looking for a shower bench that would be very stable for 450+ lbs person. My previous choice was a premolded Rubbermaid 2-step. It was quite sturdy for sitting, but had a narrow seat (plus it left stripes on your bottom - that no-slip tread). I saw this dedicated bench seat and this was the best price on the internet. I compared the price of this exact item all over the web. The lowest price was around $65 and local medical supply store wanted to charge over $150! I ordered the model without the side handles and back support. The seat is ample and adequate for a large person, but a ssize person would be more comfortable without the extra items. The seat has non-slip feet which are each independently adjustable. This seat fits in my antique pedestal tub and adjusts for the sloping angles. The seat has drain holes and a scooped front for taking care of personal hygeine. Great prouct!

I ordered this chair for use after a combination of foot/ abdominal surgery. Fits well in a the bathtub , at 175 lbs, it was sturdy , secure and safe . I highly reccomend this product for anyone who has to sit to shower. Well worth the price which is very reasonable for tthe quality of his product. Nancy

I ordered this shower chair shipped to my daughter's to use while visiting, and for her use later. (I'm disabled; she's not in much better shape.) It's very sturdy, well able to handle our weight. It is also stable, even in a tub. One feature new to me is a place to rest a hand-held shower head on either side of the seat, which can be convenient.

I ordered one day and received the item the next day. Not only was the item inexpensive at Overstock, but the shipping cost was only $2.95. How great is that? As for quality of the product, I am 100% satisfied with it. It's strong, durable, and was a cinch to put together. Furthermore, it was in great condition when I received it. This shower seat is incredibly sturdy. It holds 400 pounds without any problem. Its compact square shape doesn't take too much shower space. I priced other shower benches and this was the best value I found. I recommend this bench whole-heartedly.

I love this shower chair. I live in a humid area, and it does not mold. It is lightweight too. I cannot lift anything over 10 pounds, yet I am able to pick this seat up with one hand. It fits in the tub and does not move nor wobble. I assembled it myself. I highly recommend it.

This is so much better than the one I had borrowed before with metal rusting legs and loose screws. It's stable, easy to use, easy to put together and light weight.

After looking at many shower/tub chairs and checking the prices of the ones I felt comfortable with I had almost given up. I'm disabled and really needed to find something so I could shower without falling down. I tried lawn chairs, they didn't fit in my shower, I tried folding chairs and they were not good because they were cold and had no drainage holes. The step stool/ladder was really a nightmare and now I have rust spots on my shower floor. As a last resort I checked Over Stock. I don't know why I didn't think of you first and saved myself lots of grief. The stool I purchased is perfect and I love it. The price was great and to make it better I also got it on sale. I was surprised too at how quickly it arrived. I want to thank you so very much.

This is a sturdy chair that will probably last forever. The only problem I have with it is that it is a bit big for my particular shower.

This is a wonderful shower chair. I had previously picked up a different shower stool at a local store and it did not last very long. I'm well under the weight limit, but the stool was flimsy and the legs began to bow. I've been using the Invacare chair for several weeks now and it's such a superior product. The legs are wide and stable. The base is also wide and comfortable for sitting. I definately recoomend the Invacare chair.

This was a blessing to me. Not being able to stay on my feet for very long, it is strong and secure and I have no fear of it breaking or falling apart. Thank you for having such great products for people who need them.
