Helps my tennis\iPad elbow
Yes, there is a new medical phenomenon called iPad elbow. At first I thought I hurt my arms lifting some bedroom furniture, but that was months ago. The arm braces helped a little, but did not cure anything. I saw this set and purcahsed because of the good reviews. Everyone was right. Take the time to read the manual so that you understand the difference between TENS and EMS. Whatever mode you are in, once all your settings are up, you push the up arrow to increase the intensity to a point that is comfortabnle to you. That is how you "START" the device. For the life of me I was wondering why it was all programmed but wouldn't start pulsating. This device pays for itself after missing 3 PT deductables. If you plan on using this a lot, you may end up needing to buy some extra sensor pads.

This is a very good unit and allows you to treat two areas at once, I actually think this unit works better than the one my PT uses.

Great product that delivers a powerful punch
This little device works just as well as the device that my physical therapist uses. It has help to relieve the pain in my shoulders and I can not get a full nights sleep.

packing sucks
We recieved our Intensity Twin Stim III today by UPS. We opened the package and the plastic case that the unit comes in was totally destroyed. We tried the unit and it seems to be OK but we won"t be sure until we get to try it out completely. It is not worth the trouble to send it all back if it is just the case but you would think that a small fragile electrical devise would be packaged in a cardboard box instead of a padded envelope.

Great value
I bought this for my mother who had recently suffered a back injury. Her chiropractor recommended it as well. Has been very helpful for managing the pain. Well worth it.

Great Item, But Came Damaged
I have an ACL tear and am unable to get surgery due to my living situation. I ordered this specifically for the EMS feature. I am impressed with the unit. Sadly, this item arrived in only a padded envelope. The case was cracked/broken, and the front of the device screen has scratches on it. I am not returning it because I badly NEED this item for the pain relief and my injury! The issues I mentioned prior do not affect the good functioning of the actual unit. I like having this at home because I do not have to go to PT to have a treatment anymore. I also enjoy that the unit plugs in. This is great for folks like me who need often treatments! I also like the fact that it comes with and runs off of a 9V battery for travel. I am impressed with the functioning- and let's face it, the price is great (I paid more for an analog TENS I had) If you care about the functioning of the unit and not about the possibility that the case may get damaged -buy this I tried gluing the piece of the case with some crazy glue. Overall a good buy. You can also get electrodes at various sites. Very easy to find! Good luck!

Tens unit works well
although it is not helping with my sciatica, neither is anything else including multiple spinal injections. so it is not the fault of the product which is working as well as medical grade unit that I had had previously.

OK product for price. I am having difficulty with the electrodes firing on both pads...... working on it and if I cant figure it our, I will return it. there is no phone # to contact manufacturer on instruction manual?!
