Incomplete
I just received a pack of these and Overstock. HAS NOT changed their description to say that these REQUIRE adittional pads to be complete. Plus they DO NOT offer the pads either with the purchase of briefs or sepatately !! I cannot give these anything more than 2 stars because of the INCOMPLETE marketing !

The product is only usable with pads. This should be made clear in the ad and the pads should be offered for purchase at the same time. I complained earlier, and I appreciate that Overstock remedied the situation. Given the failure to make clear that the briefs need something additional, I cannot give a thumbs up on this product..

Inspire Men's Cotton Briefs (5 Pack)
Briefs are comfortable and an excellent value I would recommend these to anyone.

Lack of information
Purchased for elderly father that needed the protection but refused to wear anything other than briefs. The item description never mentioned the need for the use of a pad with them. The description gave the impression that the briefs alone gave protection. Very disapointed because there is a "no refund" policy on this purchase. If your looking for incontinence briefs for use with a pad, then these would work out fine.
