We have tried, the donuts, the doctor leonards kind, the inflatables, the hard as a rock and finally - this cusion supports you when you sit to give hip and back support( great for after a surgery) and does not deflate to nothing when a 200-250 lb person uses it. It has the airflow hole in the back that allow the cusion to properly deflate and re inflate as needed so there is no tearing of the seat itself. Stitching is strong and surface is soft yet washable . We give it thumbs up.

Avoid this one
I thought this would work for both me and my husband. I do not think that this was a good choice for us. It is small on the toilet seat, the velcro straps are difficult to adjust and it is just plain uncomfortable. I am stuck with them (two un a package and I think they wanted to get rid of them quicker) since they cannot be returned. A regretable purchase from my favorite internet store!
