I ordered the Homedics Massaging Cushion with heat for myself right after Christmas. I've used it about a dozen times so far and am happy with my purchase. The only dissapointment is that the massagers don't go up to the shoulder area. If you are looking for a product that massages your neck and shoulders, I recommend the Homedics Shiatsu Pillow with heat.

I have tried other products that are more comfortable to use for back massage. I am short, consequently my lower back is not positioned well for this product. The product actually gets a little rough and lots of cushioning is required for somewhat comfortable usage.
With some manipulation and adjustments the device is workable for me.
