I bought this for my husband as a holiday gift. It has all the bells & whistles to be an excellent product. The only negative is that the rollers are painful without adding a towel to serve as a cushion again the back. Other than that--great product! We like all of the control options that enable to you to stop and concentrate on a specific area. A feature I like is the ability to adjust the rollers width. My back is more narrow than my husband's, so I'm able to set the rollers closer together. The heat setting is justenough and not too hot.

I ordered the Homedics Massaging Cushion with heat for myself right after Christmas. I've used it about a dozen times so far and am happy with my purchase. The only dissapointment is that the massagers don't go up to the shoulder area. If you are looking for a product that massages your neck and shoulders, I recommend the Homedics Shiatsu Pillow with heat.

I have tried other products that are more comfortable to use for back massage. I am short, consequently my lower back is not positioned well for this product. The product actually gets a little rough and lots of cushioning is required for somewhat comfortable usage. With some manipulation and adjustments the device is workable for me.
